- AGannalise gonzagaJul 20, 20261.0I had an employee say petty comments and he incredibly rude as i checked out, they asked if i wanted to sign up for the kohl’s membership. i politely declined as this is my FIRST ever time at sephora and kohl’s and i don’t live here. she then as i was leaving made a petty comment to her associate how i made her job HARDER. i’ve worked in retail im 23 i get it. i dont like when customers make my job harder but i was nothing but nice to her. i feel bad. she probably has a really sad life to act like that

- AJA JJul 24, 20231.0If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would. I visited this Sephora on the 17th around 2 PM and 3 out of the 4 employees made this a very unpleasant experience. I was blatantly followed around and watched and wasn’t asked if I needed help. Oddly enough, everyone else in the store was greeted and left unattended afterwards. I advise certain WOC to avoid this location.
