While I remain offended that coffee doesn’t meet all of my hydration needs, Prime IV has at least provided definitive proof to my partner that I would literally rather stab myself than drink water. Jokes aside, IV hydration has been genuinely helpful for me, and I really appreciate having it as an option when I need the extra support. I deal with chronic illness, take a lot of medication, and am not always great at staying hydrated enough to keep up with all of that. I always have a great experience at Prime IV. The staff is welcoming, positive, and somehow remembers me even when there are pretty long gaps between my visits. That makes the whole experience feel really personal. They’re also totally willing to accommodate any changes I need to the setup. Also, the massage chairs deserve their own five-star review. I would marry one if I could. No notes.

I had a great first experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Cobblestone Village! The entire staff was amazing very kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made me feel heard and answered my questions throughout the visit. I chose an IV infusion, and the experience was relaxing from start to finish. The massage chair was an especially nice touch and made the appointment even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend Prime IV to anyone looking for a relaxing wellness experience!

Jason and Tonya are such wonderful human beings! And I can’t forget to mention the service providers because they are equally amazing! They truly embody the meaning of exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond to make you feel important, heard, and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere feels like stepping into your own private oasis of relaxation, with long-lasting benefits that make every visit worthwhile. This is the place I look forward to when I need some well-deserved me-time and want to make every moment count. ❤️ If you’re looking to stay hydrated and give yourself a little extra care, do yourself a favor and check them out. You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you, Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, for always making me feel so welcomed and cared for! ❤️

Amazing experience! I have POTS and this truly helped me during a flare. I absolutely love all the different space options. They even provide a blanket, face mask and fuzzy socks! Will definitely be back again!

This IV Therapy was the best reset that my mind and body needed! Tanya and Jason are very hospitable and supportive as they customize the IV that your body needs. I will be back because my body stopped the aches and my energy level increased.
