From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm and welcoming—it instantly put me at ease and made me feel truly pampered. My massage therapist, Mae, was incredible. I booked an 80-minute Swedish massage, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. She was attentive, professional, and knew exactly how to create the perfect balance of relaxation and relief. She even told me before getting started to let her know if I wasn't relaxed or enjoying anything she was doing so, she could make sure my experience was the best. She didn't want me to be miserable and say something after the fact. That was the 1st time a massage therapist ever said that to me, & I think it should be said more! I also got to enjoy the salt room and sauna, which made the experience even more relaxing. The entire facility was spotless and thoughtfully designed—they truly have everything you could possibly need. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and be taken care of, this is it. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I did deduct two stars because the quiet/waiting room was not quiet at all. While I was trying to relax, a couple was speaking at full volume the entire time. I wish a staff member had stepped in to help maintain a calmer environment. After my facial, I was hoping to enjoy the quiet room, but it was very crowded with no available seating and a lot of noise. I ended up going to the locker room to finish my water on a small wooden bench, where two other women were doing the same due to the lack of space. The locker room itself was very small with only one bathroom, and a broken shower. Overall, that part of the experience left me feeling awkward, rushed, and I was not able to fully enjoy my experience. :/
- PWPatrick WynnMay 4, 20265.0Got this as one of my wife anniversary gifts, a couple massage and facial for her. Facial was at 1 pm but we arrived 30 minutes early. The parking deck is litterally upstairs and free. They let me wait in quiet room since I already had a scheduled service for later on. The quiet room is a real vibe.She really enjoyed her facial. I thought her face a shimmering. We grabbed a bite across the road because they massages weren't for another 2 hours. Came back, dressed down, they had chocolates in our personal lockers, the lockers rooms were so clean, and the quiet room was so relaxing I fell asleep on my wife. Between that and endless mimosas I was spent. The massage was intense and very much needed. Im a big guy with a lot of knots. My massuese was a big lady but she worked really hard. I couldn't believe her power and stamina; especially since we were the last appoiment for the day. The heated rocks and all the massage amenties really made this an unforgettable classic expience. Highly recommended.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30-45 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
No guests under 18 years old are permitted to receive any Massage or Body treatment services at the spa. For guests aged 16-17 years old, ONLY Facial Services are offered and we require a parental release to be signed before rendering the services. ONLY guests receiving services are permitted into the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. Gift Cards cannot be used for payments when booking Social Retreats/Spa Parties.
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
