- BMBrett M3 days ago1.0I would never recommend this establishment ever. First off we tried to cancel our membership because we are moving due to a family illness. Spoke to at least 3 different receptionists with no manager on call or around because he was on a retreat. We gave them a 3 week notice and they guaranteed this would be done but they have a small 30 day window that you can’t cancel a small membership ? Never in my life heard of this. This is the most money hungry establishment I’ve ever experienced. Stay far away. Zero out of 10. Good luck getting more membership fees from the next couple.
- RSRun Seldom5 days ago5.0Mayte is a professional! I’ve had a lot of massages, I’ve had a lot of injuries and they help me the most, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a massage that good before. I broke my back in two places which required two surgeries and a fusion and internal gear inserted to fix, dislocated my shoulder and then separated it, fractured my skull, got a lis franc break in my foot which required surgery and internal gear inserted, broke my arm, and broke my hand, and then got a massive opiate addiction that took years to control as you could imagine… and I’ve found that massage is the best alternative to keep me able to function. My problem is that most of the masseuses I’ve tried aren’t really able to get in there and get me like I need them too. Mayte got in there no problem and did an amazing job. I left and my body felt better than it’s felt in a long time. I will certainly be back.

I get full body massage maybe 3-4 times a year for the past 10 years, but this was the best. He gave so much attention and the pressure was just right. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for massages. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and clean. Everyone was professional and friendly. Definitely a 10/10.

The pressure was perfect and she explained every step along the way while constantly making sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and covered throughout the entire session. She even gave me helpful tips to maintain my relaxation at home after the massage. It was truly a full state of relaxation from beginning to end. 1000/10 — highly recommend. Also, the front desk receptionist was amazing as well & the facility is very well kept.

I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed laying on the table. Shae at the front was so incredibly welcoming and friendly, she explained everything to me thoroughly. Amber was my therapist today and oh my gosh she was amazing, she asked all the right questions before walking me to the back, was so incredibly nice and professional. She hit all the right spots just the right way, I have severe sciatica and 2 herniated discs in my low back and I never once felt uncomfortable from pain while she was working. After Shae explained the month to month membership to me, I signed immediately because who doesn’t love saving money and getting massages every month? Plus I got a little goodie bag, I told Shae when checking in I was celebrating my birthday and SHE GAVE ME A HANDWRITTEN CARD after my service!! so sweet, so professional, definitely recommending them, already booked my next appointment. Thank you ladies!!

The NOW has reimagined the approachable luxury of a neighborhood spa with high-quality massages and exclusive enhancements that offer relaxation and healing. Our goal is to offer customizable massage services without the time commitment and cost of a traditional spa.
When should I arrive for my massage?
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time for check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late.
How do I book a massage?
You can schedule an appointment online at www.thenowmassage.com, through The NOW Massage app, or by contacting the boutique directly by phone. We also welcome walk-ins, but due to high demand, we recommend scheduling in advance.
How do I cancel a service that I’ve scheduled?
A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website, through The NOW Massage app, or by calling the boutique. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. We charge 50% of the reservation made to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.
What if I fail to show for a scheduled massage or arrive late?
If you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, the service is automatically canceled and the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or early) for all scheduled appointments.
How can I cancel my membership?
Ritual Members can cancel their recurring dues membership at any time by providing their boutique with 30-days written notice stating the desire to cancel. You may cancel in-person at the boutique or by sending an email to the boutique where your membership was purchased. All boutique contact information can be found under the locations page on our website.
Note: In states where required by applicable law, in addition to the above, you can also choose to cancel your membership through choosing the cancellation option on your membership profile online.
How long do I have to use massage credits?
Membership credits can accrue indefinitely until a Ritual Membership is canceled. Unused massage credits will continue to accrue (i.e., roll-over month-to-month) as long as your membership remains in place. You will have 3 months from the date of cancellation to use any unused massage credits before they expire. No refunds are issued for unused credits.
Can I freeze my membership?
The freeze policy allows you to temporarily suspend your Ritual Membership in accordance with the following terms: You may freeze your membership up to three(3) months per contractual year. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, we accept gift cards for The NOW Massage services and products. Gift card terms and conditions do apply. For more details on our gift card program, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Do you permit minors to use services?
Yes, unless the state, province or territory prohibit it by law, The NOW Massage makes services available to minors between the ages of 13 and 17. What if I’m not feeling well?
If you are feeling sick or unwell prior to the start of your scheduled massage, we encourage you to stay home. The NOW Massage boutique is an open-space concept and keeping guests and team members safe is everyone’s responsibility. If you begin to feel sick during your treatment, please let your Massage therapist know immediately.
What is the NOW's policy related to cell phone use at the boutique?
We aim to create a safe and relaxing environment for our members and guests. The tranquility offered within our space is paramount. Cell phones can be disruptive and are not encouraged. Although we do allow cell phones at the boutique, we require that the phones be turned off or switched to silent mode upon check-in.
Can I return purchased items?
Yes, if you’ve purchased items in a boutique, we accept returns in original condition (unused, undamaged and unopened in the original packaging) within seven days from the date of purchase. All items purchased in a boutique are only eligible for return or exchange in the same location it was purchased. Because jewelry is made-to-order, jewelry is eligible for exchange only.
If you’ve purchased items online – through The NOW’s website – we accept returns in original conditions (unused, undamaged and unopened in original packaging) provided you first obtain a return authorization number, which you can request by emailing shop@thenowmassage.com. The return authorization number must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and the original shipping charge is nonrefundable.
