I went to Sephora with my friends and an employee named Alex was super helpful and informative! She assessed all of our skin concerns and told us which makeup products would best suit our needs! She was also super friendly!
Staff made me feel really welcomed and answered all my questions ! I went it wanting to find a new cologne and Alex really helped me out. She took the time to explain how our chemistry can change how something smells on our skin and made reccomendations based on colognes I’ve liked before. She also helped me pick out skin care products for my girlfriend with sensitive skin. Great experience!
Lula is amazing! She greeted me with such a warm welcome and immediately made me feel comfortable. I came in looking for a foundation, and she helped me find the perfect match for my skin type. What impressed me most was how spot on her color match was on the very first try. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the products, ingredients, and application techniques, which made it so much easier to make a decision.
You can tell Lula genuinely cares about helping customers and knows her stuff. We need more associates like her at Sephora. Thank you, Lula, for such a seamless and enjoyable experience!

TLDR: super helpful employees (Alysia & Nya) and very sweet manager (Alex). I was having a terrible day and they took the time to listen to my wants/needs for skincare, they educated me on skincare products and what not to mix , AND they weren’t trying to sell me the most expensive products. I walked out feeling like I was about to start a new life lol
I’ve only ever left reviews for restaurants before, usually to warn people about exceptionally terrible service or inedible food, but the people working at this Sephora … they had a different level of kindness and patience 🤣
Short backstory: I woke up in a horrible mood, I looked in the mirror and realized I was breaking out, and when I went to wash my face, I used the last of my exfoliator (I did forget to get some the night before). I also needed moisturizer, so I went to Sephora bc it was like a two minute drive away and I knew they would have something useful.
I walked in and already wasn’t feeling too hot, so I didn’t really respond when someone greeted me lol, but that didn’t stop the employees from coming up to help me. Can’t lie, that would typically piss me off …. But they were sooooooooo sweet and willing to work with me, even if I was curt 😬🤣 I was definitely taking up their time too with a bunch of questions bc I realized I didn’t know a THING about skincare. I had no idea there were chemicals and serums that you can’t mix bc they’ll over exfoliate your skin 🙃 Now Alysia did try to push some makeup products at first, but after I told her I was just there for skincare and not makeup, she understood the assignment quick. AND when I asked about something she didn’t know the answer to, she was quick to ask the other employees so they could give me accurate information (love to see it). I didn’t feel like they were talking down to me at ALL, it was very helpful actually.
Also y’all, I haven’t shopped at Sephora for a while, so I wasn’t expecting there to be so many affordable options ($15-$25) for GOOD skincare, and not in a bottle the size of my pinky.
If you can’t tell, I WILL be coming back to this Sephora 🤣 Y’all really did your big one this day, and it meant sooo much to me y’all have no idea 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 of course I had to get their names LOL

I recently visited this Sephora and had a great experience thanks to Liz! When I first walked in, I unfortunately wasn’t greeted which I find to be rude for any retail setting, but Liz approached me and made sure I was taken care of from that point forward. She was extremely knowledgeable, listened to what I actually wanted, and made thoughtful recommendations that fit my needs perfectly. I especially appreciated that she never tried to push products I didn’t need or want, which made the experience feel genuine and comfortable. Excellent customer service like hers truly stands out, and I hope Sephora recognizes what an asset Liz is to the team! And maybe we work on making sure customers feel welcomed when they walk through the door? Especially considering the amount of money people typically spend in one visit.
