- ZHZakey'yah HouseMay 10, 20261.0I usually don’t do stuff like this bc Im a whatever brush it off person but I came to the mall to go to Sephora to buy my husband a cologne for his birthday, I seen there weren’t any on the shelf so I asked a representative if they had it in stock, they told me yes and got me one. okay cool. They then proceeded to hand me the cologne and I was about to go to the cash register which was directly behind me like 5 steps and they acted like they were in a hurry to get their card scanner out so I could pay right then and there like I was gonna steal or something , so I had to unlock my card bc I lost my card prior to coming to the store. The service sucks in there so my phone was having a hard time loading my car control on my bank app and they then proceeded to break their neck looking at MY BANK ACCOUNT!!! That’s so rude and weird why are you trying to look at my bank account …they didn’t stop anybody else to immediately pay. why me?. That will be my last time at that location bc thats not the first time something weird has happened to me there. Another instance..I spent over $500 there in ONE visit and I was followed around the store like I was gonna steal something and they kept asking me if I needed help even tho I kindly said no thank you multiple times…rude!

Witnessed very rude behavior from saade towards the staff as well as rude behavior towards me as a customer. All I asked for is if she can help me find someone to do a shade match, responded in a ill manner and aggravated face with eye rolls before saying you need to wait.
