  This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt like my time and concerns didn’t matter. My appointment was significantly delayed, communication was poor, and I left with results I was extremely unhappy with. When I tried to discuss it, there was little effort to resolve the issue. Considering the prices they charge, I expected professionalism and quality, but unfortunately received neither. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and like I’d wasted both my time and money. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this salon based on my experience. Paid $800 for $200-300 of work
