  I purchased a pair of earrings from Rowan six weeks ago for $62. Unfortunately, one clasp is already defective. While the staff were courteous and professional, the store’s policy only covers 30 days, meaning they wouldn’t help me. I find it unreasonable that an expensive piece could fail so soon with no recourse. I can’t help but feel a bit ripped off. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others choose more reliable options.

  We brought our daughter to the Village District location to get her ears pierced at Rowan last fall. I booked the first appointment on a Saturday to beat any crowds - only one other family was in the store the entire time we were there which was great. The piercer was calm & patient explaining every step of the process. My only complaint would be the price. I had checked online ahead of time, but the website isn't clear that the price is per earring. So we had a bit of sticker shock when we got to the cash register. Otherwise, a very positive and pleasant experience. I would recommend.

  Update reached out to customer service as she replied below. She couldn't care less and refused to honor the price stating we used the wrong link even though that was the only link provided. Clearly this company does not support their clients. Very disappointed. My daughter and her friend went in for an advertised deal and had a good experience. She said she wanted to come back the next day with me. She was told hers would be free (part of the bogo from nurse training) and mine would be discounted. She made the appointment for both of us. She could today to see if there were any earlier appointments and found out the person she booked with left early. They said someone could still take us but they wouldn't honor the prices already set. My daughter said that wasn't really fair and nobody seemed to care. If she didn't call, we would have shown up not knowing. Nobody called to say the person was leaving. Very poor costumer service. Honor the price quoted!! I took the time off work already.

  The absolute best experience you could ever ask for when it comes to getting pierced!! The triple J’s: Jade, Julea, and Jessica were amazing! They made the experience enjoyable and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Holly, brought it all home with her personableness. You couldn’t help leaving with confidence after seeing her as you check out!! All in all this is where you need to go if you want the 5 star experience and great results!!

  Holly, Jess, Julie, and jade made me feel super confident I got four piercings in one day they made it super comfortable I coming back for sure loved it 10/10
