  The entire process was simple. Booked online with the ease of having flexibility to reschedule as the day went on. All of the staff was more than helpful, informative, and very patient. They were busy, but remained extremely upbeat and provided exceptional customer service all throughout our visit (3 tragus and 2 lobe piercings). Jessica was the best and walked us through the procedure as she performed all of our piercings.

  I had three piercings done at this location about a week ago, one conch and two additional lobe piercings. First of all, I was a little skeptical/concerned about the quality of the earrings I would find. Their website does NOT do them justice. I chose a three diamond arch for the conch and it is TRULY a beautiful piece. I worked in fine jewelry for years and I can spot low quality diamonds but these are very high quality. I also chose a couple of smaller diamonds for my lobes and they are also top quality. Also, their prices are very good compared to other high-end piercing retailers online. Emma was my piercer and she was great. Hygiene practices were thoroughly observed and I had no worries. She was also thorough about informing me what to do and expect going forward. My piercings are healing beautifully and I would not hesitate to go back. I would recommend making an appointment though if you expect it to be a busy day.

  I got my doubles pierced here by Jessica and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process of picking out my jewelry and doing a needle piercing for me. She is very funny and made me comfortable. After the piercing, she gave very clear instructions on how to take care of my piercings. Two weeks later, and I haven't had any issues. Highly recommend Jessica to do your piercings and I am definitely going back!

  Ketsia did a great job piercing my daughter’s ears! She was very friendly and guided her through the entire process. She redid the placement marks multiple times to make sure they were perfect, which was greatly appreciated. The front desk employee was also super friendly and made sure to give us a rough total price beforehand, so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend this for a first-time piercing because of how friendly, clean, and professional they are!

  Took my 11-month-old daughter yesterday, and it was such a positive experience for this anxious mama! 🤍 Ketsia was incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring every step of the way. She took the time to answer all of my questions before and after the piercing, and her professionalism and confidence immediately put me at ease. Since this was my first experience with baby ear piercing, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was amazed at how quickly my daughter recovered—she cried for just a few seconds after each ear was pierced and was right back to her happy, playful self. The aftercare has been so simple and stress-free. The cleanser gives me such peace of mind with its antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties that help protect against infection while being gentle on delicate, healing skin. All I have to do is spray the front and back of each ear and gently twist the earrings 2–3 times a day. Thank you, Ketsia and Rowan, for making this special milestone such a wonderful experience for both my daughter and me. I couldn't have asked for better care! 💕
