This is the best Lush Store to go to in my opinion for the Raleigh area. The fact they offer small free samples every so often as well makes it easier to know what you’ll like before buying!

I'm so glad I did! The store was well-stocked, clean, and organized, and the two employees I interacted with were friendly, welcoming, and really knowledgeable. I only went in intending to smell one body mist before heading out, but after I mentioned what I was looking for, an employee brought me to it and took the time to recommend a few similar and complementary scents based on what I liked. I never felt pressured to buy anything; just genuinely helped. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Everyone made the store feel warm and inviting, and their product knowledge was impressive. Because of this experience, I'll definitely be shopping at this location more often and will happily be making my Lush purchases in-store instead of online. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! :)
