  Weird policies - i went for a massage and opted for a foot scrub enhancement using the new customer $25 promo. Honestly would have paid for it anyway too. Anywho..the point of an enhancement is to be an add on. Like maybe 5 or 10 extra minutes for the service paid for. But my massage therapist walks in the room and tells me " I see you requested a foot scrub. So we will have to rush through the massage. Arr there any specific spots you'd like me to work on". Literally killed the vibe of a relaxing massage. I said, no , lets just stick to the massage then. So essentially i am paying more only to cut short on massage.. what a weird concept. I was also pretty upset i was collected from the lounge 5 mins late, then was asked to get under middle sheet. There are 3 sheets. Usually fold back sheets so client lays down on the one exposed. I was already clumsy and took me 3 tries to get under the right sheet. That was another 5 mins wasted as massage therapist waited for 2-3 mins every time until i said loud the last time i was ready because i didn't want anymore time wasted. Massage was nothing extraordinary for the price. Also weird that while usually at every massage i had before fingers and toes would be massaged too, that wasn't the case here... Just too pricey for the kind of service. Place is clean though and receptionists were nice. I hate leaving bad reviews. But i left with the same pain if not worse than i went in with. And had to make aware the odd enhancement feature. So here we are. Please take these as constructive criticism and do better.

  Update: After sharing my feedback, management reached out, apologized for the miscommunication, and issued a $60 refund to cover both upgrades. I appreciate the team for taking ownership and going above and beyond to make it right. I’ve updated my rating to reflect the resolution. Booked a couples massage here for my wife and I after our wedding weekend. The massage itself was fantastic, but the management and billing experience were incredibly frustrating. I had a $25 discount/upgrade confirmed via their own text booking line before I even arrived—I even sent a screenshot of the offer to clarify, and they confirmed it was valid for the session. The real issue happened at checkout. I paid the full amount, noticed the discount wasn't applied, and went back to the front desk 5 minutes later to have it addressed while I was waiting for my wife. I was told that because I didn't mention it at the exact moment of payment, they wouldn't honor it—even though it was already in my booking notes. The front desk refused to fix the simple billing error despite the clear 5-minute window and my text proof. It’s a shame that a premium, relaxing experience ended with a bait-and-switch on the price. I’d give the therapists 5 stars, but the business gets 2 stars for prioritizing a rigid, unfair policy over documented agreements and basic customer service. If you go here, make sure to bring printed out documents for discounts or they’ll use any excuse to not honor it.

  Went for the first time today and got a massage with Daisha. She did fantastic and I left feeling refreshed. She took the time to go over tricks to do at home to relieve tension as well. All the staff were friendly and the place is super cute and relaxing.
