  I am a pretty chill customer but man what a bad experience. I usually had a great relationship here, I loved it… I was always patient with their service because of the nature of cutting hair sometimes they don’t start right on time, which for the price you would expect something better. One time my stylist called me personally to asked me to re-book because she was running 45min late, she called me 5min before the time of the haircut haha today I was 6 minutes late… 6. And she just gave all this sermon on why I should be on time, they were super mean, and they charged me extra for my eyebrows, which they usually didn’t do kind of like a punishment. Now, I understand they can charge for that if they want but they did not even let me use my credits (which I paid already) for that and that you are supposed to be able to use. I am so disappointed because I used to love this place, I am cancelling my membership right now… and I recommend you not to get one, good thing tho because they just added 30 dollars to all of their memberships. Btw, the stylist are not even close to what they charge for, way better in any other place. There are other way better places like this where the stylist and staff don’t feel they are making you a favor lol

The whole staff is insanely talented, welcoming, and meticulous with their work. We’ve come in for beard cuts multiple times, and every single time, the results have been top notch.
