  I can’t thank Shauntay (sorry if misspelled) enough for her assistance and knowledge. She was so calm, approachable, patient, and kind. I could tell she has a kind spirit. You know how some people just give you that intuition and vibe that they have a really good heart? She helped me pick out foundation Buy too-faced and lip gloss by Rihanna. I can’t tell you when the last time I had really good make up was! I feel more confident and lively thank you Shauntay! All the girls there were very friendly and approachable, and I feel like most establishments now don’t have that type of customer service anymore. And the girls worked well together as a team helping other customers out. I visited on 8/29/26 around 5pm-6pm.

  Alexis and Kritika are absolute sweethearts and make anyone feel comfortable! Will come again and have them help me out for my firm party. The absolute best!! 🤗

  I was with a friend at a Sephora location inside Kohl's and witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior from an employee named Asiyat. My friend approached her for skincare advice and was dismissed without any real help. After that interaction, the employee began following us around the store in a way that felt accusatory and uncomfortable, as if we were being suspected of stealing. It created a very tense and unwelcoming environment, especially considering we were simply trying to shop for a gift. As a bystander, it was obvious this behavior was inappropriate and not how customers should be treated. I would not recommend this location and suggest going to a corporate Sephora store instead if you want respectful service.

  I had a very negative experience at Sephora due to an employee named Asiyat. When I approached her for skincare advice, she was dismissive and uninterested in helping. After that, she began following me around the store in a way that made it feel like I was being suspected of stealing, even though I was simply shopping for a gift. This behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate toward a paying customer. No one should feel targeted or uncomfortable while shopping, especially after asking for assistance. I reported this incident to both management and corporate. If you value respectful customer service, I would strongly recommend saving your time and visiting an actual corporate Sephora location instead.
