- BBbrendan6 days ago1.0A few months ago I got a pretty bad haircut, but wasn’t worried about it as it happens sometimes. After this cut, I waited a little over 2 months to let my hair grow back before getting another haircut. I gave precise instructions, everything was going well, and I thought my hair looked great, but another stylist stepped in to help clean up the back. 5 minutes later, the back and sides of my hair are pretty much shaved off, all the way down to the lowest guard, completely ignoring what I wanted. I instantly knew it was ruined. I will not be coming back here and would never recommend it to be honest. For over a year, I had all of my haircuts done for free by a roommate who had no haircutting experience, and those still turned out 10x better than what I have received at Great Clips.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
