  I came to this Kohl’s yesterday for my birthday gift and a lipgloss my husband had said he’d buy for me, at first everything was fine, even though the girl that attended me as soon as I walked in gave me a stank face (like for what?) then I asked her to take me to the summer fridays area and she did so I thank her for that but her approach and speak was very unprofessional. Then as I continue to shop, I notice we are being followed by one of their staffs an African American girl. I tried to simply ignore her but she made it very obvious she was following us. I told my fiancé and he proceeded to check and we caught her staring right at us. Again… for what? Then she proceeded to act as if she was offering us help…. Again it’s a tiny saphora I’m pretty sure you know I was already attended. There were plenty of other shoppers she could’ve helped…. Made me feel very uncomfortable. So I told my fiancé just pay and let’s go. Sadly this was my first experience here and I won’t be coming back. They didn’t even give me my birthday gift. The employee from KHOLS actually helped me. She was very sweet. So I recommend the khols ofcouse but definitely absolutely not the Saphora. ❤️ (also ulta is better overall)

  Val was my clerk to help me with new cosmetics and she also gave me a sample so that I could try at home before purchasing. Thank you Val for all your help.

  Kev is great! Every time I go to this Sephora he is always so knowledgeable and helpful! Ive bought 2 items that I absolutely love based off of his recommendations.

  Usually, when we go, the young man working, always helps us and is very good. My husband went tonight for some shampoo, which said was in stock, but the girl was too lazy to help us find it. Just go to a Sephora in the mall or go to Ulta because I’m telling you, you are wasting your time because people will walk away and not help you here.

  This is by far the worse Sephora I have shopped at, and sadly the closest to me. The employees here don’t greet you, just stare, and only offer help to certain individuals (if you know what I mean). I will just drive to the brier creek location, because I honestly don’t feel comfortable shopping in this store.
