  The Sephora in Kohls is very disappointing, they barely have any products or you have to order online to get the things that you want. I mean who doesn’t want to go to the store and see and try a product they are shopping for. They need a wider selection and more stock. I honestly feel they should have let Sephora stay in the Jacksonville mall at JC Penny, they had a wide range of products and more products in stock and customer service was much more helpful. It changed dramatically going into Kohls and not in a good way.

  I definitely do not recommend it; the staff treats you with a bad attitude, and personally, that really makes me angry because I didn't go there asking for credit or a handout. They really ought to change their staff, or else they’ll gradually lose customers.🙄😡

  The selection here is really sad, and nobody was working at the register for me to even verify that the product I was looking for was not in store.

  Employees rather be on the phone than assisting and helping customers find products or make sales. Their personal life is more important than the customer.
