  I entered this Sephora on the hunt for a new lip gloss. I was looking for the Eadam shaved ice, it was out of stock so I settled for a Rhode lip gloss. After I’d grabbed it I continued to look around the store. Eventually by husband came in a joined me. For context we are both African Americans. This is when I noticed I kept being watched by the workers one worker particularly wearing pink pants. Keep in mind during my entire duration spent in the store not a single worker asked me if I needed help or even acknowledged us. Yet we were being watched and followed up until check out. I understand that we stand out in this neighborhood. But it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. I will gladly purchase my products online or spend my money elsewhere. I should’ve went to the Sephora at South Park or south end. Other than being racially profiled and followed, the store seemed clean and fairly well stocked. But I will not be returning.

  Staff are super kind and helpful. I only give 4 stars because it is a Sephora and therefore SO expensive. But in terms of service, selection, and environment it's a 5/5.

  I went in to get the same dior foundation except a shade or so darker. I have a very small tan compared to what ive been using. I had to deal with an employee pushing some sort of phone or camera device into my forehead for WAY too long for her to have to keep trying. I became increasingly uncomfortable, and when she pulled the device away from my face, the camera part had some sort of debris hanging off it. I've never been more grossed out. It took way longer for her to get me what I needed, are they forced to use this? I also felt like she signed me up for their program. When I realized what was happening, I declined to continue but she made me wait until she was done inputting information. I came in for dior day glow because of the hydrating formula, but she kept trying to color match me with the matte foundation even after pointing out that wasnt what I was there for. I was incredibly uncomfortable and wish I had gone to Atherton mill.

  I am a big fragrance guy and this is probably my favorite spot to shop in Winston when looking for a new cologne. The staff is helpful, they keep it clean dispute there being a ton of for traffic, and they keep the testers out consistently which is nice.
