  Initially I was pretty impressed with this location. Sales pitch was cheesy but I can appreciate the strategy, my daughter and I both signed up for significant laser package and it felt fair and reasonable. The sign up procedure was smooth and they explained how flexible and accommodating they are…however I feel that is not true. To get a 6-wk appt is difficult, especially for clients that work. Unless the two sales ladies are selling you more services they are cold and unfriendly, really could work on that. My fourth appt was on a Monday at 3:45, I got a voicemail the Saturday prior asking me to return the call to confirm my appt. Got another voicemail at 2:30 Saturday saying if I do not call by 4:00 that my appt would be cancelled. I was flying (7 hr flight) and did not receive the voicemail so I left work in the middle of the day and showed up to my appt to be told it was cancelled and I am now off track for my every 6 wk schedule. There was no explanation and I e never had to confirm an appt before, (I figure someone didn’t show up or wanted to day off?) terrible experience!! I will say that every technician has been amazing and that is why I keep going back and the only reason. Someone should teach your sales girls some customer service on being more friendly.

  Love it here! Everytime I come the staff is so pleasant and professional. Painless laser treatments everytime :)

  customer service is great! they don’t pressure you for services, and are super friendly. The store is very clean
