Emma was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job giving me all of those piercings. The store was clean and vibrant with a cutesy girly vibe ◡̈ I will be returning soon!! It was so worth the hour drive!

She was so kind and put me at ease. I got a conch piercing that was extremely quick with very little pain. I was full of drama for no reason! These were my daughter's first earings, something I've wanted to keep for a life time, and now they no longer look the same. I reached out to the company only for them to tell me they can do nothing because its past the 30 day policy. I even asked if they can repair or exchange. They still told me no. Its a shame to spend $90 on something you would hope to last only for them to not last even a year.
