  10/10 experience! I called and was able to get in same day! When I walked in I was greeted my front desk associate: Cameron who had the warmest smile and most inviting energy. I was then taken to a room to do my telehealth consultation where I met with my nurse Grace! Both her and Cameron took the time to thoroughly explain each drip to make sure my needs were being met. Super shoutout to Grace for making my needle experience positive (I normally have to be stuck multiple times due to small veins) The facility is clean and inviting. They play great music and they also have the best massage chairs! The customer service is out of this world. Cameron even helped assisted me with putting on my socks and helped me personalize my massage chair experience! Give grace and Cameron a raise, they deserve it for going above and beyond to create a safe, positive and engaging atmosphere. A+ on everything. I will definitely be back!

  This is my second visit to Prime IV Hydration, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The level of professionalism from the staff is truly outstanding ,they make you feel cared for from the moment you walk in. The massage chairs are an absolute treat while you receive your treatment; it’s such a thoughtful touch that elevates the whole experience. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for their membership, because I’m committed to investing in my health and well-being. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality IV therapy!

  The experience was great! The people were the best you could ask for they truly cared as I do not have easy veins. But they took extra care. I highly recommend them in Huntersville for Injections and IV. They have all types of nutrients injections and additives to the hydration IV, which is also very great because while getting the IV, you have amazing massage chairs that heightened the experience even more
