Beware of the upsell. I went in on a $99 special. A $30 consult fee added just for showing up. Then during that consultation a drip double the price was recommended no mention of the $99 ones I can for. Thank goodness I asked the price before we proceeded. $298. Unethical. A 3x the special upsell and no mention of what was going on. Never again and if go in on a special ask another of questions ans know 30.00 will be added no matter what.

10/10 experience! Nurse Grace and spa coordinator Cameron were the best! Both so so sweet! I am grateful they still accepted me even though I was a bit late to the appointment. I definitely felt welcome the moment I walked inside. Booking the appointment was a breeze, and they made sure I was informed about the process. It did take a moment to find my vein, but I am unfortunately used to that as a small-vein girly lol, so I didn't mind. The telehealth process was easy. Maybe only 5 minutes, if that. Also, those massage chairs? 100/10! I fell asleep maybe 3 times lol. Grace was great with making sure I felt comfortable during my visit, checking in on me. I got the Skinny Drip, the Alpha, and the Vitamin D injection. At the end of the session, Cameron went over membership info with me. I was slightly hesitant to enter one so soon, but I decided to do it. I didn't feel pressured at all, which I am thankful for. Cameron definitely gives big sister energy! The next day after my session, I could feel the difference. I am excited to come back! Thank you, ladies!

I highly recommend Prime IV Huntersville. I’ve been a VIP member for over a year, and without exception the team and services have been top notch. I had surgery last month and I went in today for a post-surgery support IV drip. The entire team was fantastic, but I have to shout out Natasha. She went above and beyond in so many ways - it really made me feel like they appreciate my business. And the massage chairs are the icing on the cake.

Amazing experience - so friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable! Cameron, the spa coordinator, was such a sweetheart from beginning to end - she made sure I knew everything from check-in to all the T&Cs of the membership that I signed up for (yes, they were so good that I signed up for a membership on the spot after my first experience!). Natasha, my RN, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and highly adaptive with customizing and tailoring my plan on the spot. She was patient with me and took the time to listen and understand. The experience with the zero gravity massage chairs and luxury touches cannot be beat!

I wanted to share my experience because there are some genuinely wonderful people working here, but unfortunately the business practices and communication have left me very disappointed.
First, I want to specifically recognize Candace and Grace. They have consistently been kind, professional, helpful, and wonderful to work with. My concerns are not about them or the quality of care I received from them.
My frustration is with the membership communication, changing policies, and what has increasingly felt like an emphasis on upselling.
When I signed up for a six-month membership, I was verbally told not to worry about it renewing without my knowledge because there would be communication before that happened. I specifically relied on that reassurance. At the end of the six months, I received no communication and was charged for another month. When I contacted the location, I was told the written agreement says the membership automatically renews and the charge is nonrefundable. I understand what the contract says, but that does not change the fact that what was communicated to me in person when I signed up was very different.
There have also been changes since the sale/ownership transition that make the membership feel much less valuable. For example, an injection that was previously included could be added to my IV. Now I have been told it must be given separately as an injection or I have to pay an additional $40 to have it added to the IV. Things that previously felt included in the membership now seem to come with additional charges.
What concerned me most happened during one of my recent visits. After discussing my IV, another staff member instructed the person administering it to add something to my drip that I had not requested or agreed to. No one asked me first or even addressed me about it. I had to intervene and ask that it not be added. Regardless of what the ingredient was, I believe anything being added to an IV should be discussed with the person receiving it and require their agreement first.
Another concern is the time commitment. Each visit consistently takes 1–2 hours, whereas other local places I have used are able to get you in and out in about 30 minutes. That difference significantly impacts the overall convenience and value of the membership.
Taken together — the membership miscommunication, policy changes, additional charges, longer visit times, and attempts to add things without first asking me — the experience began to feel much more sales-focused than wellness-focused.
I have since canceled my membership. I truly hope the company takes this feedback seriously, because there are excellent employees here who deserve to work within a system that inspires the same level of trust that they personally do.
