  I love getting my eyebrows done here and the biggest reason is they listen. I've gone to a few places that always want to reshape and make my brows thinner but not at IDOLIZE. If I say just clean the shape, that's what they do.

  Eyebrows came out amazing!!! Pabitra is the best threader! I have thick eyebrows and she was able to keep the shape

  Rekha is the best, I will always come to her for my eyelashes. Shes very kind and accommodating with appointment times. Never have to wait too long for threading either.

  Rekha was amazing. Asked me how I liked my brows right away and did exactly what was requested. Double checked my preferences multiple times and gave me tips for maintenance and my next appointment! I’m very particular about my brows and I love them! Can’t wait to come again.

  I came in for eyebrow threading and overall the threading itself was good. The lady who did my brows was very nice and professional. While checking out, I noticed the eyebrow powder on the counter and asked about it. She offered to try it on me, and I ended up liking it and purchasing it as well. What made the experience uncomfortable was after I had already paid for my threading service and left a tip, another lady came from the back questioning whether I had paid. She repeatedly asked in another language, even after the employee confirmed that I already paid. I even had to pick up my receipt to show proof. It made me feel embarrassed and as if I was being treated like I was trying to get free services, which was very unprofessional and rude. Again, the threading service itself was good, but the customer service interaction afterward completely changed the experience for me.
