Eyebrows are not even. Threading person rubbed skin off my nose bridge creating a tiny sore bleeding spot during threading process.

I used to do waxing but have completely shifted since coming here years ago. I can always count on the staff to do an amazing job shaping, trimming, and beautifying my eyebrows. Highly recommend this business!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved my experience! Jamila did my eyebrows and did such an amazing job. She was professional, attentive, and really took her time to make sure the shape was perfect and flattering for my face. My brows came out clean & beautifully shaped. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Jamila! 💖💖💖

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and have always enjoyed coming back, even while seeing different people over the years. I’ve generally had good experiences, which is why I was disappointed with my experience today. I booked an appointment for a brow wax and stain, which I understood would be around $50. Once I was in the room, I was encouraged to try brow lamination. I agreed, thinking it was simply an added service, but I wasn’t informed beforehand that this would increase my total from around $50 to $150. I’m completely open to being offered additional services, and I understand that pricing can vary, but I feel the cost should have been clearly communicated before I agreed to the service. Had I known it would be an additional $100, I would have wanted the opportunity to make an informed decision before proceeding. Honestly, I don’t feel the lamination was worth the extra $100, and I would have been perfectly happy with the original service I booked. I definitely would have chosen to stick with the brow wax and stain had I known the final price beforehand. After being a loyal customer for roughly 4 years, I was especially surprised by this experience. I hope the pricing and any significant additional costs can be communicated more clearly to customers in the future.
