One thing that I am impressed with is the data about previous haircuts which is made available to all the locations. As I travel over six counties each week, there is always a Great Clips somewhere nearby. The first location I visited was at Samarth Plaza 117 N Myrtle School Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052. Also, on East Franklin in the Walmart shopping plaza. In Shelby, NC, I am a regular customer at Great Clips 707-1 E Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC 28152. Just to widen it out, I even stopped in at 1542 E Broad St, STATESVILLE, NC 28625 (newt to the "UPS STORE") Also, I have patronized the Great Clips at 134 Town Center Dr Ste D, Mooresville, NC 28117. I AM SERIOUS, that's SIX locations, it's like I am a Great Clips tourist.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
