  I've been going to Megan for a few years now, and I always leave happy. We've made some pretty big changes over the years from trying different hair colors to chopping it all off into a bob (LOVED IT!) and she's absolutely nailed it every time. What I appreciate most is that she really listens to what I want while also sharing her professional opinion when she thinks something else might work better. It always feels like a collaboration, and I really trust her! Can't recommend enough!

  The Hair Loft is a wonderful salon. After having the same stylist for eight years in Arizona, I was nervous to find a new salon, but I have found my place!!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and I am super happy with my pixie cut and color. Thank you Sarah and Jessica!!!

  I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted and Alma.... The Hair Magician of Henderson absolutely blew me away. Like I am obsessed. The color came out so much better than expected and she took such care with me. 10/10 five stars.

  I wish I could say my experience was great but it wasn’t so. I scheduled online for a 2pm appointment two days in advance. I got a text from the owner stating the stylist was not available that week and would I like to see a new stylist or book with the stylist I booked with , the next week. It was my first time booking, so it did not matter to me. This error was fixed in a proper timeframe and manner, which is appreciated as that week was the only week I could do. However the service was okay. I arrived to my 2pm appointment and did not leave until 5:50pm. I will say, I did not know much going in to the appt. I was told to give pictures of my hair before and inspo pics, which I did prior to the appt. The stylist was great with explaining how the color may apply to my hair as a I had previous dark color applied to my hair a year prior to this appt, and asked questions about my hair history. What is odd to me is the price I paid for the service. My total came out to be $325, and honestly it did not look $325 worth to me. I have never paid that much to get my hair done before and this may be what their prices range from… it just didn’t add up to me. From the website when I booked, I booked for a hair cut/root retouch/partial balayage/blowout and the price listed at $220plus , so I was expecting to pay at least that much. However I know I did not get the service I had booked for (which was fine since I really didn’t know what was needed for the look I wanted ) but from the website that was one of the more expensive options. I was not given a break down of my cost. The stylist did have to use toner on my hair twice, which I don’t feel like I should of been charged if I was unless I was disclosed it during the session. I will give the stylist credit for explaining during the beginning of how she was concerned the color may not apply well because of my hair history. But if she was skeptical of it being achievable I feel she should of said that it was a service she could not provide. I will also say I did not give the stylist my opinion while I was there as I was in a crunch for time as I mentioned I left out there at 5:50 and had to pick my daughter up from daycare at 6pm. I did not think my hair appt would last almost four hours as I was not getting a full on color. My biggest concern was the price. If the owner or stylist could reach out to me with the price breakdown, that would be great… I’m sure it’s in the system as a system was used to charge me. I also left a tip because that’s just what I do… from previous waitress experience… 15%, so in actuality my total was $375. Hair appts are suppose to be relaxing , but after 5pm and being told I needed more toner in my hair after a wash and blow dry, I was stressed I was not going to make it out in time. I also informed my stylist at this time I needed to leave to get my daughter by 6pm. Like did I pay for two washes and two toners applied??? Please help me out with the breakdown of the cost. You already have my number as I mentioned, I was informed to send pictures prior to my appt. No names are dropped as I believe the stylist is actually good at her job. My experience however was not the best. I will not be returning to the hair loft. And I was actually hyped about visiting this salon as I have heard so much about it.
