  The ladies at the loft didn't disappoint us. They were very informative and made it very easy for the girls to understand what and how to do to care for there hair. And for the baby girl to say she would return back. Says alot, she's the deciding factor if they say or go. So we are very pleased with the service we got on Saturday.

  Kelsey is absolutely AMAZING! 🤍 I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. I went in wanting blonde highlights and explained what I had in mind, and she somehow brought my vision to life perfectly! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. Not only is Kelsey incredibly talented, but she is also so easy to work with, genuinely fun to talk to, and extremely flexible. She makes the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, and you can tell she truly cares about making her clients happy. I walked out of her chair feeling SO good about my hair! ✨ If you’re looking for a stylist who listens, knows what she’s doing, and will make sure you leave loving your hair, I cannot recommend Kelsey enough! She has definitely earned a long-term client! 💕

  Jada is an absolute miracle worker! I have curly hair that isn’t always the easiest to deal with, and I came in with a pretty chaotic, all-over-the-place idea of what I wanted. Showed her some pictures of things i thought were pretty that kind of all looked different from one another lol! I threw a lot at her, but she listened to every single need and preference and turned it into magic. I got a partial balayage, glaze, root melt, treatment, and a blowout, and when she turned me around to look in the mirror, my jaw literally dropped. It was a complete, stunning transformation that exceeded everything I had pictured. Literally left there feeling like a million bucks :) Beyond her obvious talent, Jada is just a wonderful person to talk to and took such amazing care of me the entire time I was in her chair. If you have textured or tricky hair, need someone who gives you professional advice/direction, and want someone who truly listens and then delivers, she is your person. I will definitely be going back and couldn't recommend her enough! 🙌🏽✨

  I had such a great experience here! Kelsey was my stylist, and from the moment I walked in, I honestly felt like I had been a client there for years. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. The salon itself was super clean and well kept, and one of the things that stood out to me most was the atmosphere. You can genuinely tell that everyone there gets along and enjoys working together. They’re constantly helping each other out and looking out for one another, which made the whole experience feel so relaxed and positive. And of course, my hair came out BEAUTIFUL! Kelsey did an amazing job and made sure I was happy with everything. I left loving my hair and feeling like I had finally found a salon I actually want to keep coming back to. I would absolutely recommend Kelsey and this salon to anyone looking for a new stylist!

  Absolutely AMAZING hair experience for my daughter! She went in for a first-day-of-school transformation, and she came out feeling absolutely beautiful and confident. ❤️ The attention to detail, talent, and care made the whole experience so special. She loved her hair, and seeing her face when she saw the finished look was priceless! Thank you for Kelsey Edwards Nelson for making her first day of school even more memorable.
