- SPSheila Price4 days ago3.0I was in the store one day and went straight to the Mazanni Products and asked the lady with the Red hair, I believe her name is Tony, was any of the products on sale and she said No! When I went up to purchase my Relaxer, and Ms. Toni said "Oh there is a sale and it 30 percent off. I went back and bought more..Tony then said, I need your card, I said I don't have it. I said "Can't you use my phone number and she said "You would have to show ID", as if couldn't produce one. I grabbed my license out, Oh, I don't need it!! If rudeness was a person, that would be Her! Another time, a another Sales person helped me, and purchased products and after I purchased my products, she asked me did I want a box, and I said sure. We left the products in the box on the counter, while I looked at blow dryers. After deciding against a dryer, I went to pick up my box from counter, here comes Tony, "Have you paid for that" !!?? I hate going into this store because of the rudeness that I have received over the years from those Ladies. Cosmo Proof has better customer service!!

- DSDB SJan 21, 20261.0I don’t go to salon centric often but today I feel highly offended by Denise. I verbally let her know that and she still failed to apologize for her unprofessionalism with being unable to acknowledge My Account in their system. I had to provide my ID because she said she’s never saw me before and if she could verify that I was a professional by looking at me that she wouldn’t need an ID. I highly recommend to remove her from the store location or give her some extra training.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
