  I would have given this place a five-star review if I did not have the misfortune of dealing with Emily!! She is rude, sarcastic, and very disrespectful. There was a trainee by the name of rashonda at the counter helping me who was absolutely stunning in her customer service! She was doing her best to try to help me and we were patiently waiting for Emily when Rashonda asked the question that we were not sure about. Emily was not nice to Roshanda, so I stepped in and asked her about my phone number being entered into their system to verify my previous purchase. Emily started giving me an answer to something I did not ask her. I told her that was a different matter altogether and I don't have a problem waiting for her while she was attending to her customer. She made a smirky face and just looked at me and said "sure." I didn't say a word I just dismissed it. Then when Emily was done with your customer she decided to go the other way and Rashonda stopped her and said could you please help us? I tried to explain the situation to her and she started cutting me off left and right. I asked her if she was having a rough day because she was looking very angry and tired and I asked her please, allow me to finish. I explained to her that my friend Kristal and Jess bought me this Fenty lipstick that I was exchanging. I was told that I could go into the Sephora at Kohl's and exchange it. At this moment Emily looks at me with so much sarcasm brimming in her eyes and asked me, " does your friend work for Sephora? " I said no she does not. Emily then stated," I believe then I have the better perspective on the situation! " She did this all while shaking her head like a marionette from side to side. She then jumps to call a Kohl's manager without even telling me what she's doing. The manager Stephanie comes in she is as lovely as she can be. She explained the situation to me and let me know that I needed to have a gift receipt which I did not have. She told me that was not a problem that they were going to help me they truly did. She guided me to Kayla, who was absolutely a professional and so helpful in helping me purchase two products I was actually looking for!!! I truly hope and strongly advise Sephora to get Emily get some help and teach her customer service 101 or you will be losing a lot of customers very soon!

  The male that worked tonight at the Sephora 12/15/22 had an attitude or chip on his shoulder. He watched me and my daughter from behind the register look and pick up items from the fenty skin display, never came to ask if we needed any help. Then waited until I walked away to another section to approach me from behind with a basket saying I need to stay in the store with the Sephora items. I advised him that yes I know this and then he turns around to walk away and he says your welcome. Firstly I am a woman I felt he was very rude by his approach. Instead of him having an attitude he should have been lending his help. Another employee was in there talking to their friend the whole time, not one associate asked if they could help me. I have been in this location a few times before and never had an issue. I usually am overwhelmed with all the associates extending their help. I will be retuning my purchases tomorrow and ordering directly thru fenty and wait for them in the mail before I get mediocre service again.

  Loved my experience at this Sephora! I went to get my birthday gift and a fenty beauty foundation. The lady who helped me was amazing and color matched me perfectly for the foundation! All the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable without coming off as know-it-all. Everyone was genuinely happy to help! After the JCPennny location closed, I was worried I’d have to go to Crabtree to go to Sephora, but I’m happy to see this newer location in Garner! Will definitely be coming back!

  Great first experience!! Everyone was so nice and Leslie was super helpful with getting color matched. Love the 20% off sale too. Best experience I've ever had in a Sephora!
