  5/23/26 10:30am I visited the Sephora inside Kohl’s looking for Salt & Stone products, and there were no visible prices anywhere on the display. I tried checking online first, but the pricing was unclear, so I asked an employee for help. Instead of assisting me directly, I was told to “look on Kohls.com,” which I had already done before asking. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially for a store that sells higher-end products where customers often have questions before purchasing. I ended up grabbing the wrong item because the pricing and guidance were unclear. I think the store would benefit from clearer pricing displays and better customer service when shoppers ask simple questions.

  This is a terrible Sephora. I went in looking for makeup products on since I’m a tv personality. I needed help. The young white lady didn’t acknowledge me and acted like I wasn’t there. She looked as if she didn’t want to be at work. She kept going back and forward getting stuff off the cart and putting it on the shelves. So I left. I said I would come back another day. I went a few days later on Saturday, March 14th. I stopped a young lady. I think she’s biracial. I told her I needed help. She came. I asked about a product. She told me I can order it online and walked off. No help finding a replacement product or nothing. She walked off and went stood behind the counter with no customers in line with her back towards the cash register. Nobody else came to help. So I left. They lost that money. I went to Ulta where I was approached by employees multiple times. Train your employees on customer service. If they are new or not sure about something, just say that. Don’t tell me I can order it online. There is a reason I didn’t and came in the store. But terrible Sephora. Hope the one at the mall not like this or I will just go to Raleigh.

  Great experience, and the staff was available and helpful. I forgot my phone at the register, and the Cashier was professional when I returned to pick it up. I have never had a bad experience at Sephora!

  I went to Sephora to pick up a cologne for my husband it was our anniversary. Really was excited to smell the new Prada Luna Rossa they only had the sample bottles out that particular scent had ran out I asked the sales lady who seemed to be inconvenienced in me asking for a new tester suggested I place my nose almost into the sprayer I said politely no and picked the Prada Black. I was very disappointed with the quality of customer service from this young lady it was about 8:30 pm on June 13th
