I had an excellent experience at Sephora at Cross Creek! As soon as I walked in, Jamison immediately greeted me and asked how he could assist. Once he learned that I was there to pick up an online order, he quickly directed me to the designated pickup area and made sure I knew where to meet the fragrance associate who had my order. Jamison was welcoming, attentive, professional, and made the entire process smooth from the moment I walked through the door. Great customer service truly makes a difference! I absolutely love the Sephora at Cross Creek. Thank you, Jamison, for providing such excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
