  I had such a great experience at Sephora today. I went in looking for help with brightening my under eyes and wasn’t sure what products would work for my skin tone and type. Keyanna and Jamison worked together to help me, and I truly appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and attentive they both were. They took their time, listened to my concerns, and helped me find products that were a great match for my skin instead of rushing me through the process. Thank you both for making my visit such a positive experience!

  A great store with great employees! Keyanna was very sweet and patient in helping my grandma find some skincare and makeup. Glad to have a Sephora at the mall!

  I visited the Sephora store at Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, NC on 6/17 and received the best customer service! Keyanna was a superior customer service representative! She was very patient and kind and went out of her way to help me find the products I needed. She was very helpful in her suggestions. I look forward to return visits to this store!
