  I did an appointment with Liz to do highlights, and I wanted a kinda blondish color and came out with caramel highlights. I also asked her before she dyed my hair that I didn’t want caramel highlights, and she said that she was going to do it just like the photo. She start to dye my hair and she kinda shows me the color but not completely. It was kinda dark but I thought that it would become lighter after we dried my hair and it didn’t. I didn’t know how to tell her since I’m a young kid and she was an experienced woman who is experience in this field and has done hair for years. When my mom came in she told her that she made the caramel on purpose. I was astonished when she said that and didn’t know what to do since when she said that she was already blowing my hair and I didn’t know how she could fix it when it was already dyed. I also wanted a lot of layers and she told me ‘no’ flat out that she wanted to do it just like the photo, and if my mom didn’t come in when she did I was also going to leave with a haircut I didn’t want.

  Danielle has been my stylist a couple times and she is amazing. I keep rebooking with her due to her professionalism and the ability to make me feel very comfortable. She treats my hair with tender care and attention. I’ve literally napped when she was washing my hair. Magic fingers, I can’t wait to go back to her again!

  I just happened to be in town visiting my parents, so I decided to go into JCP salon for a wash and blow out on my naturally curly hair. As a walk in I was assigned to the stylist Latoya. The wash was amazing, she even gave a few suggestions on shampoo and other products. And after my blow out my hair never looked better or healthier. I will definitely visit Latoya there again, she's a gem!

  Taylor was my hair stylist 😍 and I absolutely loved every moment of it. She not only corrected my hair color but she made sure that I left with healthy hair. Tay was amazing and im definitely rebooking with her from now on‼️

  Spent 95.00 on a what was supposed to be a silk press. Horrible! The only reason I didnt ask for a refund is due to it being my daughter's bday and didnt want to offend the stylist who obviously didnt have much experience.
