Worker there was extremely pushy and persistent on selling me electronic appliances that I told her I didn’t even need ,telling me what to do with my own supplies that I personally like to use and talking down on what I preferred. Was expecting a short , quiet trip to this store but instead I was questioned and talked to MY ENTIRE time there (I did not need assistance) . Was spoken to as if I didn’t know how to use any of the items I wanted to purchase. This location is great in stock, but I did not appreciate the worker hounding me then asking me personal questions.

Veronica has always been the one working when I’ve gone in and I think she might be the nicest employee I’ve ever met anywhere. She’s extremely friendly and knowledgeable about products and any deals that are going on. She greets every single person that walks in and just always makes it such a pleasant experience to shop there. The store is very clean and organized as well as seeming to always be well stocked with products.

She’s still the same positive, upbeat person I remember, always smiling and bringing amazing energy wherever she goes. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and the people around her. And on top of that, store manager Meka was incredibly kind and helpful as well. Even while managing things behind the scenes and checking inventory, she made sure I had everything I needed and felt taken care of. Both of them made the experience so welcoming and memorable. Thank you ladies for the great service and good vibes!”

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
