  Don't spend a lot of money here. I went to the counter with $80 bucks worth of bath bombs and the lady literally helped everybody behind me before me bc scanning so much stuff took up time. Are you kidding me. I went here for a mother's day treat for myself and the woman kept grabbing my phone bc she couldnt figure it out and then the entire store got checked out while she did one customer. I mean the stuff is very expensive so it's a nice treat but it's not worth the stress

  I shop at Lush at Southpoint pretty often and usually have great experiences, which is why I’ve been hesitant to post this. A few weeks ago, I went in to exchange a few products I had bought less than a month earlier because I realized I was overbuying and already had smaller versions at home. During the transaction, the employee seemed visibly annoyed from the start. I tried to brush it off, thinking maybe she was just having a rough day, but then she made a comment about “returning items before they expire,” which felt unnecessary and judgmental considering the products were recently purchased. I want to be clear that most of the staff at this location are genuinely kind and helpful, and I’ve had many positive experiences here. Unfortunately, this interaction made me feel uncomfortable enough that I haven’t returned since.

  This is such a fantastic Lush - Krissy took so much time just listening to me and answering all of my questions, I came away with products that I feel like are a perfect fit for me and what I need. So so pleased with my experience and will absolutely be back!

  The Lush at Southpoint has moved indoors, and their new space is well organized and bright. Everything is clearly on display, and the staff is always super friendly without being overbearing. I went in while they had not received a new shipment yet, but the staff were still able to find me what I was looking for, and went above and beyond to make the experience positive.

  this new location is terrible. i have shopped at lush ever since i lived in seattle. and all i can say is whose ever idea it was to switch locations and make it even smaller was wrong in so many ways. it will probably make ur store close to be honest. i have always supported lush at southpoint mall but when you can barely walk anymore because it's so tiny. what's the point ?
