  This used to be one of my favorite stores at Southpoint. I would always make it a point to go in and buy a bath bomb or other product when I was at the mall (a few times a month). The employees are always nice and friendly, ready to help with questions and available but not overly pushy. I also love Lush's commitment to environmental and social causes. This new indoor space is just awful for the customer experience. All of the bath bombs (Lush's flagship product IMHO) are stacked on the back wall right beside the cramped register. The other products are on cramped displays and more difficult to identify. Now when I pass by it I dont go in, it's not worth being crammed in there like some sardines, stuck and unable to move back through the store, and jostled just to get a bath bomb. The old location was so much more neurodivergent friendly, laid out in a way that made sense and gave products and customers room to breathe. The lighting was also less harsh. Glad to still have access to the Crabtree location which I do think has way worse customer service sadly, but does have a store layout that does not make the shopping experience unpleasant. I know business needs change and moving stores may have been better for Lush's bottom line but it has definitely gone from a must shop place to one I dont bother going in anymore. I sincerely hope whoever does the layout considers ways to make that small space more accessible and less actively antagonistic towards customers that want to buy from you.

  I’ve been an avid lush fan for many many years and it’s always been a place of solace for my skin and body care needs! My experience in this location was nothing short of amazing, with the help of Krissy she helped me find the right product for my needs and made me feel so seen, warm and welcomed. Thank you so much for the experience ❤️Will be back very soon!

  My first in store visit in a while. Dahlia took care of my goodness was she was amazing! Explained some of the new products I wasn’t familiar with. 4 stars bc the store is CRAMPED! Least favorite display I’ve seen within the LUSH Franchise

  Love, love LOVE the Southpoint LUSH! The new location is accessible and much harder to miss. Special shoutout to Delaney and Krissy for being awesome customer service reps. I always feel very cared for when visiting this store. If you're ever on the fence about ordering for shipping or visiting in person, please visit in person. You won't regret it!

  I have been to many Lush locations over the years having lived in multiple states, this location was by far my best experience. The main reason for this was absolutely because of my service from Krissy. She spent time with me listening to my needs and letting me try new things. We had a great talk about some problems regarding my skin and we worked together to come up with the best set of products to help. Will absolutely be back and cannot stress enough how welcomed and heard I felt walking into this location. Thank you Krissy!!
