- AMAlisha McnairAug 15, 20261.0I usually do not like to post negative reviews due to working in customer service myself but today after I called to report that my daughter's hair was now severely damaged from a service that she had received there the response was well she received a moisturizing treatment so I doubt the silk pressed caused the damage. And that their hair stylists are professionally trained. All I wanted was for them to learn from their mistakes and hopefully this wont happen to anyone else. The sthlist herself was actually nice and we were happy with the style and trim. But we what we didnt know was that my daughters hair was not going to revert back to her natural curl pattern. What I got from the conversation was they weren't going to take the matter seriously. My daughter has had bad experiences with stylist not knowing how to properly do true 4c hair. When I booked the service I made sure to ask did they work with 4c hair. Now I have a 14 year old starting school next week and she can no longer wear he natural hair as she likes due to severe heat damage. In some spots it even looks like a relaxer was placed in her hair. Also her hair smells burnt. We tried to wash it several times. Please retrain your stylist or refuse customers if you not truly comfortable with their type of hair.
- VVVOct 6, 20245.0As someone who is simple with hair, JCP salon ran a special on a haircut and blowout and they were so accommodating, kind and got us in quickly. Trim, a trim for curtain bangs and a nice blowout all that was reasonably priced as well. I will be back :)
