  This is by far the worst Sephora experience that I’ve ever had. I have been to plenty of Sephoras and every time I am greeted at the door and if not at the door, SOMEWHERE at some point while I’m in the store. I can’t say that this happened at this location. I walked in to pick up to order and the only interaction that I got was from the cashier who gave me an annoyed and disgusted look as if it was going to be a major inconvenience to have to deal with me a customer. The other woman working in the store was avoiding interacting with anyone in the store with the exception of a couple that walked in (maybe they own the store or spend thousands a month or something?) I walked up behind her and told her that I had a pickup order and she seemed shocked that I needed something from anyone in the store. This is the last time that I will be shopping at this location. I will use my gas to go to the Steele Creek location or the Kohl’s, as the staff is much friendlier. Some serious customer service training is needed here.

  I stop by to get my Tarte full coverage foundation. Unfortunately they are very limited on the brand products. I was a bit disappointed and ended up going to the Arboretum location. To my surprise they didn't have it there either. Looks like im going to have to go to their South Park location where I originally bought my other one.

  I have had an overall good experience with this sephora in the past, but today has changed that mindset… My friends and I went today to get me a refill of the benetint and I walked in and was greeted by a lovely lady, then my friends and I were approached by a worker with blue hair and we said we didn’t need help. She then proceeded to approach us about 10 times, mind you we were only in there for around 10 minutes while hovering over us the whole time. It is obvious she was worried about us stealing from the second we walked in which was somewhat upsetting. As someone who works in retail it should be a simple thing to know not to profile some teen girls who come in as thiefs because it makes them uncomfortable, as me and my friends were. I hope that this does not happen again.

  My friends and I went in to Sephora in Blakeney to spend a gift card, and within the 10 minutes of being in there, the same employee came up to us 5-7 times and hovered over us through out the entire store as if we were intending on stealing.
