    I went to Loft#1 and Lauren literally messed up my hair so bad! I asked her to recreate the same thing she did on another client and my hair was nothing even close to that. There were harsh dye lines, my hair felt brittle (despite the treatment) and looked terrible. I was really disappointed in this. Will not recommend. Waste of $230 :(

    Poor customer service! Don’t be surprised if they cancel 12 hrs in advanced and not refund you your deposit.
