  Stephanie at Rowan is absolutely incredible! My daughter’s ear became infected after her piercing, and I was so worried she was going to lose it. Stephanie went above and beyond to help us save it, and I truly can’t thank her enough. From our first visit, she was knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and reassuring. She took the time to thoroughly assess the piercing, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answer every question I had, and make sure we had a clear plan for caring for it at home. She never made us feel rushed and genuinely cared about getting my daughter’s ear healed. What impressed me even more was how invested she was throughout the healing process. She checked in, celebrated the progress with us, and treated my daughter with so much kindness and encouragement. Thanks to Stephanie’s expertise and dedication, my daughter’s ear healed beautifully, and we were able to save the piercing. Stephanie is the kind of nurse every parent hopes to find. Her skill, compassion, and commitment to her patients are truly exceptional. Rowan is incredibly lucky to have her, and we are so grateful for everything she did for our family. Thank you, Stephanie, for going above and beyond—we’ll never forget your kindness!

  Cherish did a great job on my daughter's ears. She was kind and gentle and the whole set up is adorable and not traumatic like at other places. My daughter's earrings are so adorable as is she ❤️

  Rowan was a great experience! My daughter (8 months) and I both got piercings. The staff was so friendly and helpful in deciding which piercings and earrings to get for my ideal stack. She went over placement options to make sure I got exactly what I envisioned. She was also super gentle and efficient in piercing my daughter’s ears. We will definitely be back for earring changes and more piercings later on. Highly recommend!
