  Stephanie was so thorough with her explanations of the process step be step. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and as a mom piercing my daughter for the first time— she knew exactly how I felt. Great place and definitely would highly recommend to get your piercing with her 💕

  Stephanie and Melody were exceptionally caring and patient. They helped my daughter and I with our nerves before hand and made the whole process fun and exciting. Stephanie is very knowledgeable regarding piercings and explained all the aftercare thoroughly. Great experience! I would have given 5 stars but took one away due to the companies pricing. Could have been a bit less.

  We’ve been to Rowan in South Park twice now and each time gets even better. They’re so extremely nice and my daughter feels so comfortable! Stephanie and cherish pierced my daughter’s ears and they were so kind and professional! Highly recommend!

  I got my ears pierced today at Rowan—something I've wanted to do since I was in my 20s. For me, though, this was about much more than earrings. It was symbolic of making a choice for myself, rather than having choices made for me or simply reacting to events outside of my control. Because it meant so much to me, I wanted to be very intentional about where I went and who I trusted to do it. I was drawn to Rowan because the piercings are performed by nurses, the location was in a mall where I felt comfortable, and their professional website gave me confidence before I ever walked through the door. I decided to go with a needle piercing. Christy was wonderful. I basically interviewed her beforehand 😂, and she didn't mind at all. She patiently answered my questions and made me feel completely comfortable putting myself in her hands. Now, do I suddenly like needles? Absolutely not. 😂 I hate needles. Period. So I can't say I enjoyed that part! But if I was going to voluntarily subject myself to a little self-inflicted pain after waiting all these years, I'm very glad Christy at Rowan was the person on the other end of the needle. I walked out with something I'd wanted for decades—and an experience that felt safe, professional, and meaningful. Thank you, Christy, for being part of a small moment that represented something much bigger for me. ❤️

  Exceptional experience! Clean, great jewelry selection, excellent customer service. Stephanie was so helpful, Cherish was extremely patient, and Shannon was hilarious. Despite a very busy schedule, the air conditioning in the mall was out and yet each of them gave every customer their time, attention, and patience. Also, Stephanie thank you for the mascara recommendation! It works!
