  Yes girl, RUN don’t walk to Rowan for your piercings! This was my 8th piercing with the Rowan team and they never miss. Kristi (the sweetest nurse ever) and Angelie at the front desk helped me pick out the cutest jewelry for my double helix and gave such real, honest feedback—which I love. The whole experience was clean, professional, and just all-around 5-star vibes. Already planning my next visit!

  10/10 experience! I had a botched job done with my 3rd lobes a few years ago - spacing was off, pierced at an angle and healing was a nightmare (for no reason). I finally decided to start letting them close and consider repiercing in a better spot and correctly. Walked into Rowan just to inquire about my options and Daisia (sp?) was incredibly helpful. She was very much helping other customers, but still took the time in between to help talk me through ideas, placement and timeline. She gave me so much hope and confidence that I came back in the very next day to get this started. My nurse/piercer was Jessie and she was INCREDIBLE. So patient, so kind, and so professional - she clearly knew what she was doing and I felt at ease the entire time. Not to mention the entire process from walk-in, to appointment, to jewelry selection and placement was seamless. 10/10 experience at Rowan - South End and would recommend/revisit again!
