  The staff was very welcoming and helpful. One of the employees took the time to help me to pick out jewelry for my 3 year old granddaughter. Needless to say, my granddaughter LOVED 😍 her new studs!!!

  Everyone was super nice. When I came in it wasn’t busy. I’ve seen the comments and get that you mainly pay for esthetics but you also don’t walk into a LV store and complain about the pricing. So I do agree it’s overly price as you can get the same results at a tattoo parlor for $40 with jewelry. Paid $180 for One piercing, One gold earring, and One post-care spray. Came here for the gold jewelry as other places they have titanium or nickel/ lead free jewelry. The back part of the earring isn’t even gold and my child rejects everything if it isn’t silver or gold. Long story short like the other comments it rejected. Came in 08/12 and leaving a review 10 days later. 4/5 star Second update from your reply. I think the question here is why isn’t the back piece gold as well? $108 for only the front piece to be gold doesn’t make sense? I’d like to have a refund. The reason I came here is the gold and the piece that is actually in my child ear is steel. If I don’t get my refund I’ll have to leave 1/5 star and I’ll have my child rate it as well. And not delete this post

  5/5 stars! I cannot recommend Ashleigh enough, she made me feel so comfortable and completely at ease from start to finish. You can tell she truly knows what she's doing, and that level of trust makes all the difference when getting a piercing
