  the workers here were so helpful and friendly, and gave so much information that I have never gotten anywhere else during any piercing service. definitely go here if you go anywhere!

  I had the absolute best experience at Rowan! I came in wanting a new piercing but wasn’t completely sure what I wanted. Ashleigh was my nurse and piercer, and she made the entire experience so comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. She took her time listening to what I liked, thoughtfully walked me through different options, and helped me decide on a conch piercing. I especially appreciated how carefully she considered the placement instead of rushing the process. It really felt like she wanted the piercing to perfectly complement my ear, and her attention to detail gave me so much confidence. The piercing itself was quick, and Ashleigh explained everything along the way, which really helped ease my nerves. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. I left absolutely loving my new piercing, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. If you’re considering getting a piercing at Rowan, I highly recommend asking for Ashleigh. Thank you for making what could have been a nerve-wracking experience such a positive one, I already can’t wait for my next piercing!
