Me and my friend haven’t been into a lush in years and we’re nervous about what we could or could not find- she was so relaxed and reassuring in helping as well as personable and kind! They took their time to answer all of my questions and were incredibly knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I never felt rushed and they made sure I understood everything I needed to know. I've always loved shopping at Lush, but after this experience, I love it even more. Simon and Larissa represented the Lush brand with professionalism, kindness and genuine care. Lush is truly blessed to have employees like them. They made my visit memorable and I'll definitely be back soon!

Very eager to help you, show you anything, explain any products, and so patient. This really is such a wonderful store. They are always well stocked, you can get great service and it’s clean. Love this is my local store. don’t understand the reviews on staff being rude at all. I called a few days ago to ask about a massage bar and the girl that answered the phone couldn’t have been any nicer. I could hear the woman in the back saying when she thought something would be in. They were both SO nice. I have an order to pick up tomorrow there and will update with my in store experience.
