I called a few days ago to ask about a massage bar and the girl that answered the phone couldn’t have been any nicer. I could hear the woman in the back saying when she thought something would be in. They were both SO nice. I have an order to pick up tomorrow there and will update with my in store experience.

The lady at checkout really rubbed me the wrong way when she told me I “better wash my buckets next time.” Trust me, they were clean and have been soaked and stored for awhile. This isn’t my first rodeo. At this point, I’d rather make the drive to Greensboro, Raleigh, or Durham locations. Oh, and always get your receipt because they like to overcharge you and then I have to go through customer service on the website for any real service.

When I pointed it out, the cashier said the label was wrong and declined to honor it. Standard retail practice is to honor the shelf price in that situation.
