  Came here 20 minutes before close and the doors were locked. That’s unacceptable if you advertise a specific closing time and do not adhere to it.

  Biricik is honestly one of the best waxing professionals I’ve ever come across since I started waxing over 13 years ago! She takes care of all the waxing services I need with the greatest care, and she makes the whole process more bearable & less painful for me 😊

  I recently moved to the area from ATL and have been seeking a new threader. I was THOROUGHLY pleased with Aarti’s work. I will certainly return to her. My only complaint is that they were running a special for 50% off a second service. I paid for 3 different threading services and wasn’t granted the discount 😔. Otherwise, I would’ve rated today’s experience as a 5/5 stars.

  Sumi did a great job at threading my eyebrows! She listened to my request, then cleaned them up just as I liked. I’m always skeptical at trying new people. However, Sumi’s calm demeanor and excellent customer service put me at ease. Thank you Sumi!
