I had fully intended on leaving a glowing review immediately since my visit was such a positive experience. I apologize for my late review because your fantastic employee Shannon was one of the best salespeople I have ever encountered. She helped each customer with such warmth and grace, I was honestly thinking to myself while watching her "okay, how can I apply her technique in my profession?"(I am a server, so it's a bit different ha ha) But if I could be like Shannon I can only imagine my tips would be amazing. Shannon is so well informed on your line of products. She helped me find my confixer gel I came in to buy, she gave me several free samples and asked my birthday and allowed me to choose one of 4 different composition oils as a birthday gift. Even as more customers came in Shannon never lost composure, equal enthusiasm for each customer. Shannon is a gem, a shining example of what a great employee is. Thank you Aveda for your awesome products and thank you, Shannon for turning a simple visit into a wonderful encounter. I will definitely return as a customer.
