  Haircut was fine, however stupidly expensive. edit: when brought up with the owner of the business. he says, "Perhaps I should’ve been more clear about the price, I apologize." then, proceeds to blame the pricing on being "a franchise and have to follow franchise policies." he was NOT clear on the price and claims if it has been more than four weeks "the stylist needs 45 minutes." WHO gets their haircut every four weeks, what a complete scam. like i said, the haircut was fine, it wasn't the best haircut i've ever had and for a total price with tip of $97 it should have been.

  Laura knows exactly how to give a great and relaxing haircut and shave She listens to what you want and is so friendly and personable Tried several different barbers here in the chapel hill durham area but none were as professional as Laura

  What a great place for a haircut, I am thrilled! Definitely a step above your typical haircut experience. To begin with, the staff is very polite and friendly; as this was my first visit there, they talked me through all the services they have to offer and gave me a quick tour; you also get your choice of beverage to drink during your haircut. But most importantly I got a really fantastic looking cut from Jessica and her customer orientation is phenomenal. The haircut experience here is really amazing - unlike anything I’ve ever had before - hot towels on the back of your neck and a straight razor cut to keep the back of your neck trimmed longer, and then you get a hot towel on your face which is so relaxing! They really thought this process out, and Jessica was simply wonderful throughout, asking what I preferred, and answering all sorts of questions I had. She even wrote down on a card what the timing of my future cuts should be if I want to keep it short or if I wanted to wear it longer. She really looks out for what you want. I am definitely going back. I am looking forward to trying out their other services as well as their membership plan, and I really recommend Jessica!

  Great place! I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the welcome drink :) consistently good and always a pleasure to get my hair cut here.
