  First visit, Nancy was great. She listened to what i wanted and didn’t try to sell me on anything extra. Great quality haircut for reasonable price. Will be coming back!

  I never post negative reviews, but the level of poor customer service I experienced at Twisted Scizzors was unbelievable. I had an email confirmation for a 6:15 PM appointment today. Yesterday, Maddie called and asked if we could come in sooner because the stylist had a cancellation. I initially said yes, but immediately called back and spoke with Maddie again to explain that I had another appointment beforehand and likely wouldn't arrive until just before our originally scheduled time of 6:15. She did sound annoyed even asking with a sign "well what time can you be here by?"...I told her probably just before 6:15 maybe 6 at the earliest and she said she would let the stylist know. We arrived today at 6:12 PM—three minutes before our confirmed appointment time. Elijah at the front desk told me, “Oh, I was just about to call you. Your stylist left because you're past your 15-minute grace period.” He then said their system showed our appointment at 6:00 PM. I told him my appointment was for 6:15 and I told Maddie I would be her just prior to it but I couldn't arrive any earlier. Even if their system incorrectly showed 6:00 PM, we arrived at 6:12—still within their stated 15-minute grace period. Yet somehow the stylist had already left. There was no manager available to speak with, no attempt to acknowledge that the salon had clearly made an error, and no effort to find a solution. Instead, Elijah responded in an incredibly rude and condescending tone, “Well, what do you want me to do? She left.” I even asked why I was being given an attitude when I had done absolutely nothing wrong. His response was simply, “I'm not giving an attitude. There's nothing I can do for you.” Mistakes happen. Appointments get entered incorrectly, and miscommunication occurs. What makes this worthy of a negative review is how the mistake was handled. We arrived before the appointment time documented in our confirmation, after specifically confirming our arrival time by phone, and were treated as though the salon's mistake was somehow our fault. A simple apology, acknowledgment of the error, and genuine attempt to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, we received dismissiveness and attitude. Really disappointing customer service.

  Sarah just cut my hair and I love it! She was super sweet and took her time making sure everything was even.

  This was my 1st time at this salon and Carmen was just "enchanting". She listened & my haircut was perfect!!! This salon is stylish, relaxing & accommodating. I look forward to my next visit.

  Everyone is always so nice! I saw a new team member, Sarah. She listened and ensured I got just the cut I wanted. Loved the head massage while she washed my hair.
