  Stephanie is so amazing! I’ve been to her for laser multiple times and she is so thorough and makes me feel so comfortable and safe! She is incredible at what she does! Highly recommend her!

  I was at the Cary Synergy for coolsculpting with Emily M and she was beyond amazing. She took extra time to understand my goals, make sure to fit the right applicator, and make sure to apply the machine in the perfect way. I am in love with my results !! She really impressed me with her knowledge and attention to detail. I felt cared for and knew that she wanted the best possible result for me. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Emily! I also had botox done with Melissa the RN. She was nice but unfortunately my results are completely asymmetrical. My mouth looks like I had a stroke where I can lift one side but not the other. A lot of people have brought it up to me. I'm trying to fix it at another salon but likely it will look very odd for 3-4 months :(. It's not entirely her fault because it's hard to do a big area (neck) perfect on the first time and I was unavailable for a touch up two weeks later which probably could have fixed it some.

  I went for my first ever facial today and Emily was the one that did it! Honestly she did NOT disappoint! From the moment I walked into synergy I was greeted with smiles and lovely conversation. When Emily took me back we addressed the issues and concerns I had and she really made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxing! Not to mention I left there GLOWING and my skin has never looked better! I can’t wait to go back next month for another facial! HIGHLY recommend!

  I have been visiting the Cary location for over a year with an excellent experience each time. The level of service beyond just my treatment makes it a pleasure to return. The lobby, waiting space and treatment rooms are consistently pristine and comfortable. The reminders leading up to my appointments via email/text are always appreciated and the staff is never phased by my requests to shift appointments if something comes up for me. I have only been treated by Ashleigh for injectables and I will continue to be as she helps me feel and look my best! Ashleigh remembers details about my desired outcomes, refers to previous treatments and discusses product capabilities every single time to curate my best possible results. She encourages that we add to my regimen slowly across multiple visits so that I never look overdone - no pressuring, ever. I have a unique feature of my face that I’m self-conscious about. It’s tricky to work with but Ashleigh provides honest feedback on what may or may not work and I cannot overstate how much I appreciate that. Our chats are always so uplifting and it’s clear that she genuinely enjoys working in the beauty space where she excels. I enter Synergy feeling excited and leave feeling so good about myself. Forever looking forward to my next appointment 🥰
