- YYYuliiaJul 31, 20261.0The worst Sephora I've ever been to. First, it's very small, and the assortment is disappointing. Second, there was no one available to help me. I had to ask a Kohl's cashier to call someone to assist me. Third, I visited this Sephora specifically to exchange a lipstick shade that I had accidentally ordered through the official Sephora app. BE CAREFUL: they WON’T exchange or replace any item that wasn't purchased through Kohl's.
- MLM LoweryDec 3, 20251.0I was in search of a new fragrance, so I stopped by this location to test some out. I was there for close to 15 mins. No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. There was a worker who rudely crossed in front of me to gather up used testing strips. She had to squeeze herself between me and the shelves of perfume. Still didn't acknowledge or even say, "excuse me." Btw... there was more than 1 person working. I found a fragrance that I liked, but was turned off by the lack of customer service afforded me.
