  Never felt more unwanted in a store. The workers were so snobby, the store was a MESS. Asked for samples and they looked at me like I called them a slur. I get it, I used to work at Sephora and I know yall have metrics to meet with scans and SPLH but it does get to a point where you’re asking if we need help too many times like just say you think we don’t know what we’re doing just say that you think we’re stealing because it was VERY obvious they did not want us there and VERY obvious it wasn’t about metrics.

  Cashier staff rude and unhelpful. Why work a customer facing job when you cannot be helpful and choose to be rude instead. Never coming back here again.

  This store lacks heavily in customer service, I love shopping at Sephora but this store is by far the worst!! There were about 7 associates on the floor not even helping, I was approaching a lady and she literally walked away in my face.

  The sales floor were friendly. We purchased more than $200 worth of products and, at checkout, the cashier was cold and rude - we asked if any complimentary samples were available. The cashier immediately responded that there were no samples without making any effort to check. The interaction felt dismissive and unfriendly, which left a disappointing final impression on an otherwise positive visit. Because of the poor customer service experience at checkout, we left feeling disappointed. As a result, we do not plan to return to the Fenton Sephora.

  I feel awful because I didn’t ask her name, but the employee who helped me today was an ANGEL. I’m always terrified to shop for makeup because the options are overwhelming, but when I went in and asked for help with concealer & eyebrow products she went above and beyond to help me pick out what would work best. Not only that but she taught me how to apply them myself in the mirror and adjusted based on my skill level, which was essentially none. Such a refreshing and wonderful experience. I left feeling SO much better than I did coming in.
