  I just came in to return some items that I bought 2 days ago and changed my mind on. The lady refused to give me a refund because the items did have the “sticker” color label on the bottle…. Are we being for real guys? Im laughing my ass off how pathetic this situation is.

  Came in for an appointment and quickly realized i had the wrong date. I apologized and then went to look at perfumes only to overhear the staff talking and laughing about me. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and wont be returning. That was unnecessary behavior from adult women for a simple mistake.

  Never felt more unwanted in a store. The workers were so snobby, the store was a MESS. Asked for samples and they looked at me like I called them a slur. I get it, I used to work at Sephora and I know yall have metrics to meet with scans and SPLH but it does get to a point where you’re asking if we need help too many times like just say you think we don’t know what we’re doing just say that you think we’re stealing because it was VERY obvious they did not want us there and VERY obvious it wasn’t about metrics.

  Cashier staff rude and unhelpful. Why work a customer facing job when you cannot be helpful and choose to be rude instead. Never coming back here again.
