  I feel awful because I didn’t ask her name, but the employee who helped me today was an ANGEL. I’m always terrified to shop for makeup because the options are overwhelming, but when I went in and asked for help with concealer & eyebrow products she went above and beyond to help me pick out what would work best. Not only that but she taught me how to apply them myself in the mirror and adjusted based on my skill level, which was essentially none. Such a refreshing and wonderful experience. I left feeling SO much better than I did coming in.

  The staff is more friendly than helpful tbh. I made a return from a purchase online and they gave me a merchandise card — which is only applicable in stores.. okay no problem. They mentioned North Hills has Mac products.. so I drove 30 min to NH just to find out they do not cary Mac products. Now I have a merchandise card I can’t use online and I’m still having to find a store in the area that sells Mac products. Luckily, the young lady at NH Sephora was extremely helpful and gave me GIFT CARD that I can use to purchase the item online.

  Talked to manager prior to the Sephora sale that said if I purchased beforehand I could come back and price adjust and all I needed was the receipt - came back, drove 30 mins out of my way, and the employees said I had to return everything and “reshop” all my products if I wanted the sale. I ended up returning everything and left, terrible policy and customer service.

  I stopped by this location yesterday after getting a facial in the area. I live in Winston-Salem so this was my first time ever coming to this location. I placed a pick up order and when I walked in, I stood behind another guest at the front of the store. When it was my turn to be helped, the lady that worked in the front of the store gave me a hard time because I did not have good enough signal to be able to pull up the barcode to scan for my order. Per the email that Sephora sends for pick up orders, I can also use my email or my ID to pick up my order. I showed both of these things to the employee and she told me that I had to have the barcode. She then proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid and asked if I was connected to the Wi-Fi to which I did not know that Sephora offered free Wi-Fi. Please educate your employees on what can be used in order to pick up orders. I’ve been to numerous locations and if I don’t have the barcode, I can also pick up my order with my identification.

  I asked the staff for some makeup tips or suggestions hoping they’d be helpful but was disappointed and dissatisfied. :/ lemme just stay at the orange store
