- CTCasey Toney3 days ago1.0Really unfriendly staff. They make you feel like you’re bothering them. I’ve spent almost 3k there this month for my salon but I can take my business to a different location. Management may want to address their staff on being welcoming.
- DPDanielle PendergrassSep 11, 20261.0The lady with long dark hair that was working this morning (September 11, 2026) made my experience so difficult. She told me I HAVE to download the app to shop there, even with my cosmetology license in hand. I have shopped here many times over the last ten years. I know many licensed hairstylists who do not have the app and shop there with no problem, as long as they have their license, and phone number. She was also very condescending when I asked a question about a the Redken Developer. Really bad customer service - she could definitely use some more training. I'll just stick with CosmoProf in the future where there is no headache with trying to buy salon products.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
