  Me and my wife went in right before our wedding help ourselves out against all the chaos of wedding week since we are from out of town. Ed Was there and walked us through the process and it basically felt like we were being hosted by some friends. It was super informative and easy. Unfortunately, I left my bracelet there. It was very special because I picked it up overseas and was irreplicable. Ed went above and beyond to look for it and eventually not only found it but returned it to me. It's rare that a business has that type of customer service anymore and if I could go back I would.

  Great visit with Ed! He listened to my goals and recommended an effective treatment. He even gave me a complimentary injection after hearing about my postpartum experience. Atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, love the massage chairs! They’ve also got great seasonal deals as well as a cost effective membership option. I’ve been to other iv therapy spots and they didn’t have this level of luxury and tranquility (for essentially the same price).

  What a relaxing experience, from the moment you walk in, the atmosphere was clean,peaceful, and felt more like a spa than a medical office. It was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend PrimeIV in Biltmore Park to anyone looking to recharge and prioritize their health. I'll definitely come back.

  This was the first time I have tried IV therapy and I can’t recommend this place enough! They were so professional and helpful recommending the best service for my issues that was going on. He was amazing at explaining everything and coming up with a plan for the future treatments. It was like a spa experience and was amazing!
