- AHAbby HaasJun 30, 20261.0Let me just start by saying the staff made fun of my friends name and was singing a song making fun of her name the middle of work hours , super unprofessional and extremely rude. Another time I went here I asked for a free sample nicely and the lady said “ not any that are age appropriate “ disrespectfully assuming my age when I’m the one giving them money. So I basically left with no samples which is not common for Sephora. Don’t go here they’re so rude.

I have been to 3 Sephora stores in December and all of these do not have the gifts in stock. Why do they advertise and send reward emails to pick up the birthday gift when they don't want us to.
