- JFJulie FlemingApr 6, 20245.0I had permanent eyeliner done over 12 years ago in another state and it had faded over time. I contacted DeEtte to see if she could refresh the eyeliner. She explained how she would do the procedure, why she would suggest a slightly different pigment and set my mind at ease about repeating the procedure. DeEtte was my choice as she has over 30 years in permanent makeup application. She is definitely an expert in her field. DeEtte is personable, thorough and professional and I am very happy with my eyeliner! At the follow-up she listened and made the minor revisions that I requested and made sure that I was happy with the final look. I rarely even put on mascara now, as the eyeliner defines my eyes but still look natural. I definitely recommend DeEtte for your permanent cosmetic procedure!

She takes the time to get it right and doesn't stop until everything meets your approval. I've had lips and eyebrows done by 2 others... Dee is by far the best in the field and I highly recommend her.

I have never had permanent make up done before. From the start she put me at ease with her vast experience in the field. She did exactly what I asked my eye brows look fantastic. I love them so much. I am having her do my lips next. Her office is so clean and relaxing. I highly recommend any and all permanent make up that you are considering getting done call her first. She is by far the best and very gentle.
