- TMTavia McIntyreMay 9, 20261.0You can see from my before and after photos, that DOROTHY completely butchered my hair. Not only that, but she was incredibly rude and unfriendly the entirety of my appointment - not sure how or why she is in a managerial position. To preface, my hair was all one length, no layers, upon coming in for a trim. We agreed on trimming one inch off, no layers, face framing, etc. After she was done trimming, my hair was very noticeably longer on one side, and it was choppy and uneven. I respectfully pointed this out, and she dismissively said “It’s level, I made sure of it. It looks level to me.” I had to ask her to fix it three times before she actually did anything about it. She then removed my cape and walked up to the front register to wait for payment without even making sure I was happy with my hair and service. After expressing that I was unhappy with my hair and my service, she was very hostile and had an attitude the entire time I was speaking to her - rolling her eyes, making faces, huffing and puffing. I don’t know why someone so miserable and unpleasant would ever go into a field where you are meant to be providing friendly customer service and helping people feel good about themselves. My hair is still uneven - it’s about 5 different lengths throughout. And the front is considerably shorter than the back now, and not blended at all. This was supposed be a simple trim, and my hair now looks awful. This is a manager/establishment that does not care about the quality of their service nor the happiness of their clients. They completely lack professionalism and customer service skills. Don’t waste your time or money on these people.

- AGAmber GammApr 4, 20261.0Poor experience. The hair stylist openly showed her frustration with my son who was anxious over the clippers. She huffed, told him it wasn’t a big deal and rolled her eyes. I understand young kids isn’t easy but her attitude didn’t help the situation.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
