  Checked in on line. Head straight there. Closed early and didnt notify until I showed up. I said you could of atleast called. The reply was a laugh. Rude and Poor customer service.

  Very very disappointed in the hair cut and the way notes are taken. I usually get a trim where I still have hair left. This was a dang buzz cut. It feels like aftershave for facial hair it’s so short. Notes need taken on length after a cut as people wait different periods of time for their haircuts. That doesn’t matter much though because it’s inconsistent regardless. Done giving yall more tries. She said 30 years experience. I beg to differ. Found out her Name is Natalie after calling back to ask.

  I wasn't planning to post anything, but the email from Great Clips asking for a review reminded me it was worth sharing. This was my first visit to this location, and the stylist seemed unhappy the whole time — no consultation before or during the cut, and the back was never shown to me at the end. The back near the neck wasn't level, and it felt uncomfortable to asking for a small blend on one side - got rude response. I hope it was just an off day, but the experience wasn't what I've come to expect from Great Clips. Small step makes a big difference to how the visit feels. Haircut was on - 08-01-2026

  Walked in to get my 11 year olds Back to School Hair Cut. She wanted 4-5 inches taken off. She had about 4 big knots in her hair that I had attempted to work out myself but decided to try seeing if they could just cut around the knots during the hair cut and work it in to her style. She proceeded to the sink to have her hair washed and 3 staff members said "MAAM, She has huge knots in her hair, we dont deal with that..." and then made me come over and brush through her hair with a brush they provided. She yelped a few times as I brushed through it but after 15 minutes, I had successfully gotten all the knots brushed through. Carrie!...(dont even get me started)...walked over and proceeded to spead my daughters hair strands and pointed to a birthmark on her scalp and jumped back and said THAT LOOKS LIKE RINGWORM...I assured her that was a birthmark that she has had her entire life. I have similar markings on my scalp. My daughter had been watching her phone while I brushed her hair through, and once Carrie was ready to wash her hair, she RUDELY said, "Are you gonna put your phone away and lay back so I can wash your hair?!" She continued to berate and belittle my daughter with an attitude...by this point both my daughter and I were pretty PO'd .... Once Carrie began brushing her hair out and was ready to style it, she once again rudely said: "How much are you wanting off Mom?!" to me...instead of addressing the client, my daughter, who is very capable of answering that question herself. After the cut, she handed my 11 year old a sucker, and my 6 year old, who'd been waiting patiently for her older sister, kindly asked if she could have a sucker too...Carrie grabbed the sucker basket and slammed it on the counter in front of her... She found a sucker unwrapped inside and handed it to Carrie and said "This one is opened, I will choose a different one"...Carrie aggressively grabbed it from her and threw it in the trash then when my receipt printed, she slammed THAT on the counter in front of me too. I will NEVER patronize this location again. No one deserves this kind of treatment. Especially us...who never gave the staff a reason to treat us so terribly. I will gladly drive out of my way for haircuts. I have been coming here for 6 years with my kids. Never again. Carrie should be walked out the door.

  I took my 3 boys to get a haircut there. There were two women cutting hair tonight. A short black woman with twisted long hair braids, and green strands in it with shaved sides. The other a dark haired woman with shoulder length hair was sweet. She did great and took her time on one of my kids. The other one with braids did not do what I asked and she had a bit of an attitude as well. First I have been cutting my kids hair for years. He'll I cut my own hair and I do a damn good job because I care. This lady was rushing the hair cut on my two boys. Took her about 8 minutes maybe. I asked for a 2 blended on the side and about half what was on top. She blended it OK but in the front she jacked it up. She left a big ole line on the side that was not blended. Then she didn't cut the sidesburns even at all so much I had to touch them up when I got home to finish the haircut. He also had long strands behind his ears so I cut those as well. I asked her to fix it after which she attempted to blend it in. She still didnt do a good job. My son is pretty deaf, wears hearing aids and we care about his hair because he gets picked on for his looks already. The other is 2 years old. I said leave the top and sides longer but keep it out of his face and off his ears but scissor cut it to blend it. I literally cut his hair so I know what looks good. She butchered it and also used clippers which pissed me off because he gets all twitchy and scared. She broke out the clippers and tried to cut it and he started to turn his head. She said no look forward. Forward. Look forward. He is two he doesnt even know what forward means. He craps his pants and tells ya no he didn't. Lady needs further customer service training. Then I went up to help and say look here in the mirror to obviously help. But he smiled at me and She said " dad all your doing is distracting him you're not helping." I backed off and rolled my eyes. Obviously she was rushing to leave. Well we hate his haircut and he looks nothing like what we asked for. To make it all worse I tipped 5 bucks for each of the cuts because I know tips matter. However, that is the last time we take our kids there.
