My husband and I celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at the Four Seasons Spa in St. Louis, and while our experience didn’t start as planned, for details I don’t think are necessary to share, I wanted to recognize the incredible way the team handled the situation after I expressed my frustration.
This is what exceptional client service looks like. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how an organization responds that leaves a lasting impression. A very special thank you to Halie, Brittany, Ashli, and Kelly for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Your efforts made our milestone anniversary feel special, and we are so grateful for everything you did to ensure we left with smiles on our faces.
Thank you for reminding us that outstanding hospitality is about more than perfection. It’s about making people feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Needless to spa, the spa is beautiful and Ashli is fantastic. Recommend her as an aesthetician 10/10

I got a Signature Pedicure today by Amaris. It was incredible! They put you in a zero gravity recliner do the whole fancy pedicure in that, while you get a warm neck compress and a little weighted pillow for your eyes. Amaris was incredibly personable and made sure everything was perfect. The spa amenities afterward were great too- I enjoyed the whirlpool, steam room, tranquility pool, and the quiet room. The women’s locker room was very nice and clean. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. It’s pricey for a pedicure, but all the things you get with it, plus the great pedicure made it worth it- I was there about 4 hours including my pedicure. Highly recommend for a special pampering session.

Overall the spa is really nice. The staff is wonderful and the service is top notch. The environment is relaxing and decorated extremely well. We did order food as well and it was delicious. 5 stars for everything listed above.
A con is lack of co-ed spaces. For male and female couples, the joint activities are limited. The saunas are separated, which we understand, but it would be nice for more joint spa activity for those seeking it.
My main reason for 3 stars is the price to value ratio. The cost has gone up significantly over the past few years. $300 for a massage and pool passes are not included with that? The day we went, it was raining off and on. Obviously, no one can control that, but we couldn't take advantage of the roof top and the staff still wanted to charge us $40 each so $80 total if we used the rooftop in the rain and gamble if the pool even opened and the weather cleared up. It's a "day pass," I get it, but I feel if customers spend $500-600 on other services, the pool should be included. Also, there's an additional $150-250 to rent a cabana. Overall, I feel the pricing on the pool needs some attention. Perhaps a drink or food minimum would be better. Or pool passes are included with specific service packages or $vamount spent at the spa.
This really soured our experience because the roof top is half of the reason we went and because the spa didn't have many co-ed areas, we felt kind of "separated" most of the day due to weather and extra pricing add-ons and gambling if paying $80 if we only got to use the pool for a limited time can be an "awkward gamble" if the weather doesn't cooperate. Where if it's included with a package of two drinks, it wouldn't have a "gamble" purchase feeling. I would rather pay one package charge vs feeling like everything is additional "add-on cost." That is not a relaxing experience.
Anyway, go for a special occasion. I feel a few adjustments could really make this a 5 star experience. Overall, it's a really nice place with great views and you'll receive top notch service.
