Overall the spa is really nice. The staff is wonderful and the service is top notch. The environment is relaxing and decorated extremely well. We did order food as well and it was delicious. 5 stars for everything listed above.
A con is lack of co-ed spaces. For male and female couples, the joint activities are limited. The saunas are separated, which we understand, but it would be nice for more joint spa activity for those seeking it.
My main reason for 3 stars is the price to value ratio. The cost has gone up significantly over the past few years. $300 for a massage and pool passes are not included with that? The day we went, it was raining off and on. Obviously, no one can control that, but we couldn't take advantage of the roof top and the staff still wanted to charge us $40 each so $80 total if we used the rooftop in the rain and gamble if the pool even opened and the weather cleared up. It's a "day pass," I get it, but I feel if customers spend $500-600 on other services, the pool should be included. Also, there's an additional $150-250 to rent a cabana. Overall, I feel the pricing on the pool needs some attention. Perhaps a drink or food minimum would be better. Or pool passes are included with specific service packages or $vamount spent at the spa.
This really soured our experience because the roof top is half of the reason we went and because the spa didn't have many co-ed areas, we felt kind of "separated" most of the day due to weather and extra pricing add-ons and gambling if paying $80 if we only got to use the pool for a limited time can be an "awkward gamble" if the weather doesn't cooperate. Where if it's included with a package of two drinks, it wouldn't have a "gamble" purchase feeling. I would rather pay one package charge vs feeling like everything is additional "add-on cost." That is not a relaxing experience.
Anyway, go for a special occasion. I feel a few adjustments could really make this a 5 star experience. Overall, it's a really nice place with great views and you'll receive top notch service.

I have visited this spa both before and after their recent remodeling. While there aren't massive structural changes, they have definitely added more spa options to choose from, and they now sell swimwear and outfits on-site.We did the Couples Retreat yesterday, and while it was a pleasant experience overall, there were a few details we hoped would be improved with the remodel:Sauna Out of Service: The main sauna was out of order, which we were really looking forward to using.Noise Disruption: Every 20 minutes, the heater for the neighboring sauna activated. The loud noise could be heard clearly inside our couples room, even over the ambient music speakers.Room Fixtures: The faucets inside the room felt like standard kitchen faucets, which took away from the relaxing spa aesthetic.Amenities: While you can buy swimwear there, there is no service or spinner available to dry your wet clothes afterward. It was a nice visit, but paying attention to these small details would have truly elevated the experience.

Probably the worst massage I have ever had. And, it cost my friend $400. To say I was incredibly disappointed is an understatement. My body had been so overworked and tired from watching my grandkids that I was so looking forward to this massage.
On my questionnaire when asked what pressure I would like I chose the middle one. I did not want it super light and I did not want it super deep, just right in the middle.
I twice had to ask my masseuse to please use more pressure, I could barely feel it on my muscles. Each time she was very polite and thanked me for telling her, but nothing changed. So I wasn’t going ask her for a third time to please apply more pressure. That was very disappointing.
Then, at the end, she gave me what I guess was supposed to be a scalp massage. It was more like a light rubbing or scratching on my scalp. It was like fingernails on a chalkboard. It was all I could do to not just jump off the table. Several times during massage I thought about ending it early. For the amount of money that was spent I really was expecting something amazing, instead, it was one of the worst massages, probably the worst massage I have ever had. So incredibly disappointing.
