This is the first time I’ve ever felt obligated to write a review because he was SO AMAZING!!! Not only did he give the best recommendations, but he was friendly and took his time to help me (I’m very indecisive). and the cherry on top he wrapped the gifts so beautifully for me. If you go to Lush ask for Jake!!

Its not much but it is the principle to me, if you pay for a "luxury product" they ought to give you a bag. Then they give you a sample, just give me the bag for free instead.

They have excellent & elite customer service & always spend quality time with me explaining answers to my questions about products or showing me new things. I love this location for that as I feel like I get a very personalized experience each time I shop while still tending to other customers. I have been a LUSH shopper for 10+ years & this is one of my favorite stores & locations. Inclusive environment with lots of cool things to look at, and I love how passionate these folks were talking about what they sell. You can tell they really enjoy their job.
