Her outfit was professional, her demeanor was kind, and her overall energy was that of a happy person. My daughter and I had not been inside this store before, but we will be back! Our purchase was made simple and we received a couple samples to try before we shop again! 10/10! Back when I was in retail management, this is precisely the care I expected from my team. The store manager first apologized (which is rare these days), even though it wasn’t her fault at all, and then went way above and beyond and she couldn’t have been friendlier. I cannot rave enough about her! I’ve always liked L’Occitane, but the store manager has ensured that will be my go to store for skin care and perfume from now on. Thank you!
